Exchange policy lasts for 5 days after the date of delivery. We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. To exchange, send us an email with order details, proof of purchase, and photo of the damaged items at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If more than 5 days have passed since the item delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We retain the right to reject the exchange on a case-to-case basis in following situations:
The game has obvious signs of use or abuse.
Items not in their original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is exchanged after more than 5 days of delivery.
